Facility Requests

Facility Use Policy, Rules & Fees

USD 320 Board of Education encourages the use of school buildings and grounds by community groups, as long as this community use does not interfere with daily school routine or school sponsored activities.
 

Register for an Account

All facility use requests are completed online using rSchools Facility Scheduler. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account.  You can do so by clicking here.  Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. Any organization not associated with USD320 will need to upload a copy of liability insurance. 

Once your request is approved, you will then be able to submit Facility Requests.  Please follow these instructions to submit requests.
