Why Wamego?
EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Staffing for USD 320 is reviewed continually. Enrollment patterns and student needs are the primary factors for the hiring of staff. The district has made a commitment to reasonable and manageable class sizes. Classroom assignments are made with consideration for that commitment. State regulation for caseloads, and student needs identified in individual education plans, are the two factors that contribute to Special Education staffing. Classified staff positions are dependent upon needs identified in the district and budget limitations.
