Budget Reduction Recommendations

For the past couple of months the district has been working towards budget reduction recommendations due to the school funding issues at the state level.  The link below will take you to various documents that have either been used in the development of the recommendations or the recommendations from the respective committees.  The first part of the process called for a site based committee to review the expenditures for their respective school.  The superintendent reviewed all other district level expenditures.  Once each school reached their respective reduction target, these recommendations were sent to a district level committee.  The district level committee reviewed all recommendations then developed a final list comprised of options from all schools and district level recommendations.  This work is what has been submitted to the USD 320 BOE for their consideration.
